Very difficult question. We are being asked this all the time. But we still do not have a proper answer. Maybe it has something to do with the neckties we love to wear. Yeah,….. I’m actually sure they play a big part. Especially the paisley ties. You should try them 😉

To make you a bit more happy. 🤗 If now an unintentional “Huh???” slipped your lips, here comes the longer explanation:
The products are shipped directly from our suppliers in Asia and we are using economic shipping methods. This way we dramatically reduce costs for storage and shipping and therefore we can offer you better prices. And we found that our customers are happier with better prices than with faster shipping.

Suggestion: If you need your wedding ties or similar for a specific date, better order on time (at least 3-4 weeks ahead). Or if it’s super urgent, contact us before you checkout, and we will see if we can offer you an express delivery option to your location. Might cost extra but if it’s worth it, why not.

Well, that’s a bummer! Unfortunately that’s life, right!?! But don’t worry, we got you. Please tell us more and we will make our best to resolve the issue.

We love to keep it simple and honest. Yes, €9.95 looks and sounds better than €10 and therefore all the marketing psychology gurus tell us to use it. But honestly, we’d rather spend our time offering awesome products than coming up with clever pricing tricks. Plus, it’s way easier to count your change this way 🤓. So, €10 it is – straightforward and no funny business.

If your shipment comes with a tracking code, you normally will receive it with the completion email of your order. As our products are shipped directly by our suppliers and we are delivering to dozens of countries, we can’t guarantee that every logistics supplier involved is providing accurate tracking information, but we’ll share all information we get regarding your shipment with you. Promise!

Just put the same product twice in the shopping cart, once with the gift box option checked and once without. E.g. let’s say you want the amazing Golden Lagoon Paisley Tie 3x, but only one gift box. So you first add 1x tie with the checked gift box option to the cart and than you add 2x ties without the checked gift box option to the cart. Or the other way around 😉

We are (still) a cute little two men team and handle every order manually and with care. And we tried, but no sleep does not work well for us. Also we need to coordinate your order with our suppliers, which will send you the products directly. But no worries, we are on it!!

Imagine you’re throwing a big island party and everyone has to chip in for the fun! IGIC, or the “Impuesto General Indirecto Canario” (=Canary Islands General Indirect Tax), is like that.
